RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY – Morvesa

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we guarantee a simple and clear process for all return requests.


CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days after receiving your order if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

At Morvesa, we want every customer to enjoy a smooth and stress-free shopping experience. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it by following the instructions below.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To ensure a smooth and fast return process, the following conditions must be respected:

  • Product condition: Items must be complete, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

  • General condition: Only normal wear from trying on is accepted. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Hygiene products: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the return parcel. We will provide all necessary instructions to ensure a safe process.


RETURN PROCESSING

Your return will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the parcel.
If all conditions are met, the refund will be confirmed within this period.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

  • Shipping address


2. Wait for instructions

We will provide you with the return warehouse address.
Never ship the parcel to the sender address shown on the package.


3. Return shipping

We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

This right is only considered valid once the returned product has been received and inspected by Morvesa.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If an order is refused or not collected, it will be returned to us.
In this case, we will contact the customer to find the best possible solution.


ORDERS IN TRANSIT

Our products are shipped from an international warehouse, which may result in variable delivery times.

If you wish to cancel an order while it is in transit, please wait for delivery and then initiate the return process.

To speed up the process, please send us the tracking number once the return has been shipped.


EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
No additional fees will be applied.


RETURN WAREHOUSE

All returns must be sent to our international central warehouse. Full return details will be provided by email once the return is authorized.
