DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have successfully received your order.
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays).
If you place your order before 3:00 PM CEST, it will be processed the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery time: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location across Europe.
We currently ship across all European countries, including major cities and remote areas, ensuring reliable delivery wherever you are located.
DELIVERY DELAYS
If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take photos and send them to support@morvesa.com along with your order number.
